We are a specialist construction recruitment business offering a range of Construction, Engineering & Property jobs - from professional roles within Contracting & Consultancy, such as Contracts Managers, Site Managers, Building Surveyors & Quantity Surveyor jobs to general staffing and site operatives - within the UK.

Working from our Rochdale-based office, you will be fully supported by our Labour Manager, enabling you to concentrate on clients, maximising your desk and earning potential.
Flexibility and autonomy to operate with minimal micro-management
Entertain clients using our corporate facilities at Manchester United, Horse Racing Club, Golf Trips
Develop new clients and new business for your pipeline within your remit of responsibility
Agree commercial rates and fees with clients for each requirement, ensuring compliance with Company operational procedures and minimum margin requirements
Visit and reward your candidates on site, through our ‘’Candidate Of The Month’’ scheme
Arrange and attend frequent client visits
Assist in the recruitment selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and Labour Manager
Provide first line support for all candidate and client enquiries
Represent Precision Recruitment Group in a professional manner at all times whilst promoting our services

Ideally, we are looking for an experienced consultant who is hungry to earn good money, succeed and grow within the PRG business. Everyone will have a voice within the company, bringing ideas which will add to the shape of how PRG will be formed going forward.
A good track record within the industry
Good grammar and written communication skills
Be personable, client-facing and have a good telephone manner
Excellent BD skills to win new business opportunities
A self-motivated, results-driven nature (as you will not be monitored with heavy KPIs)
