Corporate Social Responsibility and all things community are important to us here at Precision Recruitment Group.

Our commitment to the community started as soon as we set up shop in 2021. We were always keen to support local businesses in our hometown of Rochdale, and it was important to us not only to champion the best local talent the town had to offer, but to showcase this out in the borough’s best businesses, too. It’s a win for everyone, and we’re proud to be precisely placed to achieve this goal.

We are proud to support the Milnrow Dynamos FC U7s and we’re honoured to be official supporters of two great local charities: Springhill Hospice and Andy’s Man Club.

At Precision, we’re proud to play our part to support the good people of Rochdale.

PRG Wellbeing Programme

The construction industry is well known for its physically demanding and stressful work environment, which can have a significant impact on workers mental health and wellbeing. However, introducing our PRG wellbeing programme can help address these issues and promote mental health and wellbeing among our workforce.

The programme is designed to help our workforce with any problems that they might be having, helping them to work through issues, including those related to mental health.

Free support for our workforce:

  • 24/7 Helpline Access

  • Online booking for support

  • Access to confidential counselling delivered by accredited specialists

  • Access to legal, debt, and life management advice

  • Access to hundreds of pages of wellbeing content and resources

  • Topics covered: Mental Health, Work, Law, Money, Family, Older People, Wellness, Addiction

Our wellbeing programme is not something that we must offer by law, but it is a benefit that our workforce deeply appreciates. The service is free to all our workforce and is provided by an independent mental health company.

If you are part of our workforce and want a confidential discussion on how to access any of the above free services available to you, contact our wellbeing specialist 07359134507.

Make sure you keep up to date with our news articles to find out the impact that these wonderful ventures are having in our local community, because just as any of us could at any time find ourselves without a job, any of us could find ourselves in a place of personal difficulty. If you know of a great local venture that could benefit from the financial or practical support of a local business such as ourselves here at Precision, we’d love to know – simply get in touch with us.

CONTACT US
Milnrow Dynamos

Milnrow Dynamos FC is a grassroots junior football team alive and kicking right here in the Rochdale Borough.

Our work goes further, however, and so rather than just seeing the Precision logo popping up online or on billboards as part of the standard marketing you’d expect from a recruitment company, you’ll see our logo proudly placed on the shirts of the U7s team. We’re proud, not only to pay for their kit, but to stand on the sidelines at their matches to cheer them on, as well. Watching the impact that sport has on the lives of young people… priceless.

Springhill Hospice

Springhill Hospice is a registered charity that first opened its doors back in 1989. They have a 16 bedded purpose-built facility offering specialist palliative care to patients and their families from diagnosis to end-of-life. The clinical care provided by the Hospice is underpinned by a range of corporate services comprising administration, finance, fundraising and support services. The staff working in these areas focus on the non-clinical aspects of patient and visitor care, as well as facilitating the resourcing of patient services.

As a Specialist Palliative Care Unit they provide the highest standard of physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual care for patients with life limiting illnesses.

Andy’s Man Club

Andy’s Man Club is a Men’s Mental Health Charity that supports, empowers, and gives men the opportunity to talk about things that are affecting their mental health and wellbeing. The sessions are free to attend, and really work to challenge the stigma around men’s mental health.

The Club started out in Halifax (the wrong side of The Pennines, we know), and it’s since grown into a national venture. When it comes to the Club in Rochdale, Monday nights are open to all who can benefit from the power of opening up and talking in a safe space.

As well as donating funds to this charity, Carl often attends sessions to help with job searches, CV writing, and application / interview support.
