Rochdale Barrel Walk

Precision Recruitment Group Ltd recently took part in the Rochdale Barrel Walk, a unique community fundraising event that challenges participants to carry a full beer barrel along a 7-mile route through Rochdale.

Joining hundreds of participants from local businesses and organisations across the borough, the Precision Recruitment Group team proudly completed the challenge whilst raising an impressive £1,340 for charity, exceeding their original fundraising target of £1,000.

Supporting Three Incredible Local Charities

This year's fundraising will support three outstanding local charities that provide invaluable services within our community:

Springhill Hospice – Providing specialist palliative care and support to patients and their families across Rochdale.

Jolly Josh – Supporting children and families affected by childhood cancer through experiences, activities and practical assistance.

Rochdale Children's Moorland Home – Providing care, support and opportunities for vulnerable young people.

These charities rely heavily on fundraising and community support, making events such as the Rochdale Barrel Walk an important source of funding for their ongoing work.

A special thank you to Rochdale Round Table for organising such a fantastic event. The Barrel Walk brought together local businesses, charities and residents from across the borough, raising vital funds for worthy causes while creating a brilliant atmosphere throughout the day.
