THE COMPANY
Our client are a medium size refurbishment contractor based in the Warrington area. Due to a large increase in workload they require an experienced Site Manager to work on a small refurbishment project on Crewe University Campus. The campus is about 8 minute drive from the M6 Sandbach Junction.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to an off-site Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the timely delivery of the project which will last for around 8 weeks programme.
Start meetings / Progress Meetings / Client Meetings
Daily management of site works and organisation of subcontractors
Ensuring compliance with the health and safety Management Plan
Keeping a site diary including records of subcontractor attendance and progress
ABOUT YOU
As a Site Manager you will have a proven track record of working on similar refurbishment projects between £50K - £250K in value, ideally within the Education sector.
Proven track record working on Education or similar refurb projects
Excellent team working skills and communication skills
Self-motivation with energy and drive
Trades background ideally joinery
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid At Work

For your skills and experience we can offer a contracted rate of £26ph, working 07.30-16.30 minimum of 5 days a week, with the odd Saturdays which are paid at time & half at £39ph.
