THE COMPANY
They are a well-respected National Social Housing contractor who due to a large increase in workload, require an experienced Social Housing Site Manager for an exciting new scheme.
THE ROLE
The scheme consists of the external refurbishment of a medium tower blocks including EWI, Windows, Doors and Balcony upgrades.
Reporting directly to an off-site Contracts Manager, you will be tasked with managing the smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of the scheme through to handover to the end client.
Oversee the day to day operations of the scheme and monitor progress
Managing Sub-Contractors
Site Inductions
Manage to budget and complete within agreed deadlines
Manage, motivate and appraise team members
Maintaining Health and Safety
ABOUT YOU
As a Site Manager you will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressured environment and have proven experiences working to tight deadlines in a high specification environment. You must have previous experience working on similar social housing schemes, ideally external refurbishment.
