You will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants to identify, attract and place construction candidates across multiple projects nationwide. The role is fast-paced and requires someone who understands construction recruitment, candidate availability, and the urgency of filling roles quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting construction candidates across trades, labour, technical and white-collar roles

• Screening candidates and assessing suitability for live vacancies

• Managing candidate registrations, compliance and CRM records

• Formatting CVs and preparing candidate submissions

• Posting job adverts across job boards and social media platforms

• Speaking regularly with candidates to check availability and job suitability

• Supporting consultants in filling vacancies quickly and efficiently

• General recruitment administration and candidate coordination
