THE COMPANY

Precision Recruitment Group are seeking a skilled and experienced IPAF Operator for a minimum 6 month assignment. This is paying an excellent rate and there are plenty of hours to earn some good money, with overtime rates.


  • 07.30 - 17.00 = 9 Hours Per Day (Paid)

  • £16 Per Hour (Contracted Rate) - Mon to Fri

  • £24 Per Hour (Contracted Rate) - Saturday

  • £32 Per Hour (Contracted Rate) - Sunday

THE ROLE

  • Working on a busy CONSTRUCTION SITE, Safely operating the scissor lift, according to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices

  • Conduct pre-operational checks and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment

  • Follow project instructions and work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Adhering to Health & Safety

ABOUT YOU

  • Valid IPAF Operator License is required

  • Proven experience operating powered access equipment, such as scissor lifts and boom lifts

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to powered access equipment operation

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

  • CSCS Card

  • Valid IPAF Operator License is required - (Cherry Picker)

  • Enthusiastic and MUST be able to use initiative when unsupervised

  • Working references ideally from a similar job
