THE COMPANY
Our client is a Manchester based construction company who focuses on the commercial, residential and leisure sectors, projects ranging from £500K to £5M. Due to a large increase in work, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Manager.
THE ROLE
Working within the M60 and surrounding areas, your role will be travelling between projects providing an aftercare service on projects that are either finished or nearing completion date.
Provide professional aftercare service ensuring the highest quality of aftercare
Client facing
Identifying and proactively resolving snags and defects
Organising materials to carry out the defects
Oversee the process ensuring the customer is fully updated with actions and time scales
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and supply chain
Joinery, painting, silicone ceiling,
Uphold the companies professional standards
ABOUT YOU
Minimum of 5 years working in the construction industry
NVQ/City & Guilds in Construction or similar preferable
Skilled in defect resolution and customer relations
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and the ability to work independently or in a team
Ideally Joinery background
Proficient in Health& Safety best practices
Professional and good communication skills
A full UK driving licence
Right to Work in the UK
Working references ideally from a similar job
