Due to a large increase in workload, our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy commercial team. Our client is medium size constrction company, who focus on commercial construction projects around the North West.

£22,000 - £25,000 Depending on experience
THE ROLE
As an Administrator you will be working in a busy office supporting the project team with administration duties as detailed below:
Using software packages including Xero, Joblogic, Atlas and of course Microsoft 365 and Word
Date Entry, uploading timesheets and work documents
Collate PC files for Projects (Chasing, Downloading, Uploading, Printing and Filing)
Managing the Health & Safety, and training documents for employees
Completing client Pre-Qualification Questionaries
Organising and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
Create and maintain filing and other office systems
Maintenance and organisation of company records
ABOUT YOU
As an Administrator, you will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressured environment and have proven experiences working to tight deadlines in a high specification environment.

Ability to work effectively in a team
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word
Basic knowledge of Planning and Management systems
