A Rochdale-based recruitment company has expanded its offices to help meet a rapid period of growth in the last 12 months.
Precision Recruitment Group Ltd (PRG), founded in January 2022, has worked hard to build a solid client base and provide a much needed conduit for jobseekers to access work. PRG are a specialist recruiter, dealing exclusively with clients and candidates in the construction industry, with a focus on trades and labour and technical appointments.
Following a successful two years, they have been given the opportunity to reinvest in their emerging business and open a brand new office while, most importantly, still maintaining their roots in Rochdale, which is key to the company. In addition, they are planning on increasing staff numbers over the next 12 months to ensure the quality of service is not compromised by an ever-increasing order book.
Carl Bennion, managing director of PRG, said: "We are delighted to open the doors to a great new office space. The space accommodates our growing team in a fantastic new environment, as well as making room for future expansion to crucially support both businesses and job seekers. We are also delighted to be remaining in Rochdale, as it is important for us to be recognising and give back to the place the company was founded. It is our intention to invest in local talent by taking on an apprentice this year, which would be a great way to recognise our commitment to the area.”
